Paul is a Fellow of both the EPC and the Institute of Civil Protection and Emergency Management. His presentation will consider today’s challenges for multi-tasking incident managers and use case studies to demonstrate coping strategies.
10.00 – 10.30 am – TBA – John Frost, Marks & Spencer
John is responsible for Marks & Spencer Group Business Continuity across 22 operational countries. He will cover the transformation of their Business Continuity Programme to a fully paperless Corporate Resilience solution that is adding everyday value to the business and offering tangible savings to the bottom line.

John Frost is responsible for Marks and Spencer Group Business Continuity across 22 operational countries which are inclusive of over 85,000 colleagues, 900+ Stores, 21 Head Offices and 9 Sourcing Offices.
Nominated and Recognised as the Business Continuity Team and Initiative of the Year 2014 and Incident Management Team in 2015.
John is passionate about Business Continuity being seen as more than just a reactive function that responds to one off crisis events and instead as something that is an internal customer facing everyday value proposition.
Recently recognised and awarded his MBCI by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI). John also Chair’s the RBCA (Retail Business Continuity Association).
John is always keen to support his peer group and give something back to the industry.
dfPaul Kudary:
An international business resilience leader, Paul Kudray is a Fellow of the EPC and a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Protection and Emergency Management (FICPEM). In addition, he is a Lead Auditor of ISO 22301 for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). Paul has over 35 years’ experience of Emergency Management and BCM. In 2014 he founded his own consultancy and now works with clients across the world. He is an excellent forward thinking resilience innovator and blogger. His articles are regularly published by Continuity Central.Com In 2016, Paul designed the amazing Resilient60© toolkit for small medium enterprises.
