2nd Line IT Support Technician

Job description

We are looking for experienced a Level 2 IT technician to join our team. The role includes designing installing, upgrading, and supporting IT systems. Travel is mainly local. Some unsociable hour working is required.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

Applicants should have exposure to:-

  • Windows servers and other server-based technologies such as Exchange/SQL/SharePoint etc
  • Cloud products such as Azure, Office 365, VMWare, Veeam etc
  • All associated hardware eg: servers, routers, firewalls, switches etc

Prerequisites:

  • Personable and approachable
  • Calm, confident, conscientious, self-motivated, punctual, polite, courteous, flexible
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Minimum of 5 years, (continual and current), experience in an IT support role
  • Microsoft certified and/or other IT qualifications
  • Willingness to learn new skills and share with colleagues.
  • Adept at record keeping

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
