We deliver and install, configure a fully operational backup system to your specification. You tell us what files to include and how often you want the backup to run and we do the rest.
Once in place, you can choose to manage your system in-house or to utilise our dedicated technical support team, to make any changes you need. Our remote backup solution isn’t completely virtual. Should you suffer a data loss our real, live dedicated support team are here to help. In the event of a full server failure we have engineers on hand, with direct data centre access, if required, to ensure a quick, effective server rebuild.
